The "Assets" page contains a list of all fixed assets that are subject to the currently active inventory.

Actions

In the "Actions" column, the following actions are available for each inventory record:

Details: Overview of the asset's basic information, audit history, and images.

Manual audit: Manually audits the asset.

Edit: Editing the basic information of the fixed asset.

Delete: Deletes the asset.

Action buttons are displayed dynamically and are only available when an action is available for the selected record and when the user has the appropriate rights.

Advanced search and filtering

Changed location: List of assets moved to a new location.

Changed cost center: List of assets with changed cost center.

Changed asset owner: List of assets with changed owner.

Assets with pictures: List of assets with one or more images.

Multiple audits: List of assets with one or more audit records.

Write off: List of assets proposed for write-off.

New: List of new assets.

Audited: List of audited assets.

Not audited: List of assets that with no audit records.

Deleted: List of deleted assets.

Optionally, the user can also use the search fields drawn above each column or apply a filter with a predefined value.

By clicking the "Export to Excel" button, the user can export the current data set to an Excel spreadsheet.

Manual audit of the fixed asset

The user can manually audit the asset via web form.

When clicking the "Manual inventory" button, the web form is displayed where the user can manually enter the audit details.

Overview of the audit history of the fixed asset

Navigating to "Asset details -> Audit history" the user can view the list of all audit records for selected asset.

For audit records created within the active inventory, the user can use the "Delete" button to delete the record.

Create a new asset

Users can create a new fixed asset by clicking the "Add asset" button.
